Interim Finance Manager opportunity with our not for profit client based in Edinburgh. This role is for a 12-month fixed-term period. This role will report directly to the Finance Director with line management responsibilities.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

• Preparing annual financial accounts in line with regulation
• Preparing comprehensive annual financial budgets both at a summary and department-specific level to ensure managers can effectively monitor financial performance
• Producing timely and accurate monthly management account reports
• Supporting the annual audit
• Appraising new financial technologies, liaising with the Finance Director on where process improvements can be implemented
• Liaising with key stakeholders across the organisation on process and governance
• Ad hoc support to the Finance Director where required
• Line management of 4 direct reports

To apply you will be a fully Qualified Accountant with strong reporting experience. You will be comfortable presenting financial information to non-financial stakeholders and be a confident decision-maker. This role will start in July and will be hybrid working with 3-days on-site.

Salary: £57,000 p.a.
