Interim Finance Manager job with our Aberdeen-based private equity backed client. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a great team.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing monthly management accounts including profit & loss and balance sheet accounts
• Producing statutory accounts under IFRS and liaising with external auditors
• Business Partnering with the operation, supporting commercial decision-making
• Maintaining and developing the internal control environment
• Leading, developing and managing the finance team
• Providing financial information relating to new and ongoing projects
• Developing and upgrading accounting systems and processes

You will be a qualified accountant with previous experience leading a finance team. You will be hands-on in preparing monthly and statutory accounts and also possess strength of commerciality. Previous experience working during an ERP implementation would be helpful too. The business operates a hybrid / flexible working policy.
