Interim Finance Manager

Interim Finance Manager with our SME client in the voluntary sector based in Glasgow. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive you will be responsible for:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts including income & expenditure and balance sheet accounts
• Production of statutory accounts to meet Charity SORP and liaison with external auditors
• Leadership and management of the Finance team
• Delivering the financial and business plan for the organisation
• Attendance at Board Meetings and inputting into the strategic decision-making process
• Improvements in processes, procedures and systems
• Analysis and assessment of Risk for the business

You will be a Qualified Accountant, with previous experience of being a Company Accountant or Finance Manager within an SME. A background in the Charitable or Public sectors would be advantageous. You will have first class stakeholder management skills. Salary circa £40,000 p.a.
