Interim Finance Manager

Interim Finance Manager job with our Edinburgh based client with UK wide operations, you will be responsible for:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts including profit & loss and balance sheet for multiple entities
• Production of statutory accounts for each entity and liaison with external auditors
• Preparation of annual budgets for individual companies
• Financial Modelling for each project with variance analysis of performance against budget
• Liaison with project managers and other key stakeholders regarding individual company performance
• Production of consolidated group accounts
• Supervision, management and development of a team of 4
• Review of monthly management and statutory accounts for company accounts prepared by your team

To apply you will a qualified Accountant with a strong grounding in Statutory Accounting. You may be at a Managerial level in the Profession looking to move into industry. It would be advantageous if you have a background of working in Property, Real Estate or have had exposure to PFI/PPP projects. The role has a real breadth and variety including statutory accounting, financial modelling and management of a small team. Salary: Highly competitive or day rate equivalent.
