Interim Finance Director role for an initial 3-6-month period with our high potential SME based in Edinburgh. Working closely with the Managing Director you will be responsible for:

• Driving the refinancing of an existing business unit
• Securing Project Finance for a new business unit
• Identifying, liaising and negotiating with potential finance sources
• Shaping the deal for the ongoing finances of both the existing and new business units
• Utilising existing financial models to scenario plan

You will be a fully qualified and experienced Finance Director with a background in Corporate Finance. You will have a successful track record in re-financing with Banks, PFI or Private Equity and possess a strong network. You will be highly commercial and be instrumental in inputting into strategic decisions for this growing innovative business. For the right candidate the client will consider 3, 4 or 5 days per week. Day Rate: £500-£800 per day.
