Interim Finance Director job for a 6-month period with our sme client based in Edinburgh. Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for:

• Leading the finance function ensuring statutory and reporting requirements are met
• Strategic Management including identifying commercial opportunities
• Managing the relationships with private equity funders
• Supporting the Managing Director in additional fundraising rounds
• Reviewing and presenting the monthly management accounts to the Board
• Cashflow management and liaison with the Bank
• Managing and developing the finance team

To apply you must be a Qualified Accountant, with a track record of working in PE backed businesses previously. You will have first class stakeholder skills having been responsible for managing the relationship with external funders. Day Rate: Dependant on Experience.
