Description

Rutherford Cross is delighted to be working with a global business who have been going through recent expansion to recruit a Cashier Manager for a fixed term period of 12 months. With responsibility for a large team this role is very much focused on leading the function which will include both Assitant Managers and Team Leaders below you while ensuring excellent service is delivered to customers while controlling high volume reconciliations. A summary of some of the key duties are below:

  • Working in a high volume environment, overseeing the control of 300 bank accounts
  • Managing bank postings and reconciliations
  • Review current processes and implement any required changes
  • Design and monitoring of KPIs
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders
  • Coaching and training with the team
  • Liasing with internal and external auditors, ensurng compliance across the function and to regulatory standards

This role requires a candidate who has been working in a Team Management role and has experience of managing a sizeable function ideally within Cashiering/Reconciliations/Banking. The role requires excellent organisation and prioritisation skills. This is a 12 month fixed term contract but it could move to permanent.
