Ideally, we are looking to engage with either newly/recently qualified accountants (0-5 years PQE) from the big 4 with a track record of delivery in audit across large & complex clients, although we are also happy to consider those operating at a comparable level in the commerce industry who possess the requisite technical strength. Alternatively, we will consider those further on in their career who have operated within large and complex organisations and are seeking a new challenge.

The team this role sits within is responsible for the consolidated internal management reporting to the group executive and board, incorporating monthly management reports, forecasts, budget and strategic plans. In terms of external reporting, they are responsible for all financial aspects of the group's annual report, alongside subsidiary statutory accounts. They also manage the group's external audit engagement and report to the Audit Committee.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review and analyse management reporting to support our Group consolidated results at month end, forecast and budget
• Involvement in the preparation and review of external reporting and analysis for our Group Annual Report, Interim Statement and Subsidiary Statutory Accounts
• Contribute to maintaining and improving a strong governance environment for all financial reporting across the Group
• Collaborate effectively with finance teams across the Group on reporting, and other departments including legal, tax, company secretarial and corporate development on ad hoc projects
