Description

An exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing business in this forward-thinking FP&A role. Be a key contributor to the operations of the business as they engage in significant projects.

Seeking a well-rounded and adaptable finance professional to join our FP&A team, reporting to the Head of FP&A. The FP&A team own financial forecasting, reporting and business partnering, supporting business growth through informed decision-making and enhanced business performance. Finance sits at the centre of the business, the FP&A Manager will be well-placed to be a key contributor across all aspects and be integral to business delivery and success. The role includes a mix of recurring and ad-hoc responsibilities.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Prepare regular financial reporting on time and to a high standard, whilst identifying and delivering process improvements that result in efficiencies or enhanced control
  • Work with large data sets to create new reporting and analysis that is insightful and digestible for senior stakeholders
  • Prepare commercial financial analysis including business cases, investment appraisals and pricing decisions, supporting value-enhancing growth
  • Prepare financial forecasts, including the annual budget, long-term plan and short-term cash flow, to help the management team and Board make well-informed decisions and track performance
  • Support business requests for financial information and analysis, managing competing priorities to deliver the maximum value

What You’ll Bring to the Business:

  • Experience of working in commercially-focused roles and in fast-paced environments
  • You’ll be great with Excel and PowerPoint, with experience of Power BI and Oracle NetSuite beneficial
  • You’ll have a fantastic attitude, be naturally curious and have a relentless desire to make things better
  • An ability to communicate effectively across teams and work levels
  • Qualified accountant
