Ideally, looking to engage with either first movers from big 4 / mid-tier firms seeking a first move into the commercial industry, or happy to consider those already with a few years post-qualified experience in industry seeking a step up or a more analytically focused role. This is an excellent opportunity to gain insight into performance across the entire group, with the ability to drive performance and support growth. As a finance analyst, you will provide valuable data analysis and reporting, building on current procedures to ensure valuable management reporting.

The key focus areas for the Finance Analyst role are:

• Working in partnership with the regional and group finance teams to support the internal and external reporting cycle
• Consolidation of regional monthly performance into actionable insight
• Ability to use and maintain business intelligence tools
• Develop and maintain management reporting dashboards to monitor business performance
• Provide valuable data analysis to contribute to accurate financial reporting
• Work with the team to drive improvements and ensure data accuracy
• Build, maintain and develop current group reporting to ensure data integrity
• Support the annual budget process
• Continuous improvement of existing processes across the wider finance planning team to help improve efficiency
