Financial Planning, Analysis and Reporting Manager

Be part of a tight knit team responsible for the organisation’s planning, budget setting and monitoring of processes and ensuring they track with the organisations strategic visions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setting, planning and monitoring of the organisations overall budget, including in year financial reviews and reforecasting
• Leading on the creation and continual review of the long-term financial strategy. Working directly with the leadership group to make short to long-term scenario plans to help prioritise both spend and income opportunities
• Leading and motivating a team of three direct reports, offering direction and input when needed
• Keeping the leadership abreast of performance with monthly status updates. These reports will include ABC status, updated risk registers, and performance against targets tracking
• Working directly with heads of departments so that the resource budget ties in with the operational planning
• Leading on projects that require financial review, financial analysis and financial systems input

Ideal Candidate:

• A Qualified Accountant with post qualifying experience
• Experience in the implementation and/or development of ERP/Business systems
• Experience of creating budgetary control systems and reporting at a senior level
• Excellent interpersonal skills and experience of working with key stakeholders
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel skills
