  • Contribute to the improvement of all aspects of financial management reporting, including salary forecasting and systemisation of the budget process
  • Consolidate the budget inputs for review with the Senior Finance Analyst, the Head of Management Accounts and the Finance Director, ahead of meetings with key members of the Senior Management Group
  • Provide robust analysis of the budget inputs, with comparison to previous performance and to strategic goals, and summarise key areas for consideration
    • Lead on the preparation and completion of sector specific statutory financial returns
    • Service ad hoc financial queries and requests for information, from both internal and external sources

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Fully Qualified (ICAS/ACCA/CIMA) or currently working towards full professional qualification
  • Effective team worker, able to influence across formal organisational reporting lines
  • Ability to present and explain financial information

  • Proven analytical and problem-solving capability, with a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Advanced skills in the use of Microsoft packages
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

On Offer:

  • Competitive salary of up to £44k (dependent on experience)
  • 35-hour working week
  • 41 days annual leave
  • Enhanced 23% employer pension
  • Flexible / hybrid working model
  • Other generous benefits and discount packages
