Rutherford Cross is working with a large, multinational business based in Glasgow to appoint a Finance Manager to be part of a global team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the professional delivery of project objectives
- Build effective relationships with other areas of the business, learning and growing together, sharing standard methodology and ideas
- Work towards challenging timelines and shifting business requirements to achieve goals. Confident delivering on large and complex projects as well as standard, more practical tasks
- Balance resource and allocation of talent dependent on business needs. Build a detailed project plan to update the wider business of progress
- Seek to minimize risks whilst you build and maintain comprehensive project documents and management systems
- Measure project performance and report on challenges as they arise
- Utilise systems, tools and techniques that you have perfected over an already successful career
The company are looking for a qualified accountant who has experience in a similar role and is now interested in further developing their career. They would be keen to engage with individuals who are proficient in using Microsoft Excel and who can manage a balance sheet, as well as provide insightful P&L analysis. This role would suit someone who is forward thinking and who is used to working in a fast paced and productive environment. They are looking for an individual with an inclusive leadership style and who has evidence in developing and mentoring others and encouraging growth. This role is offering a great salary up to circa £70,000 level and offers excellent benefits and hybrid working.
