Rutherford Cross is pleased to be supporting a Stirlingshire based manufacturing company to hire for the role of Finance Manager. This role is suited to a Part Qualified or Qualified by Experience Accountant who has team management experience. This role presents the opportunity to manage a small team within a company experiencing high growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for the day-to-day control of financial ledgers
• Assisting in the preparation of Management Accounts
• Supporting the production of the statutory accounts
• VAT and ONS reporting
• Authorisation of bank transactions
• Assist in the budget and forecasting process
• Provide cover for Financial Controller, Management Accountant & Payroll
• Develop and streamline new and existing processes
• Lead by example and demonstrate consistent, good HR practice and people management
• Supervision, development and motivation of team to achieve potential through PDR’s, regular 1:1’s and training
• Performing duties in timely manner
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
