Rutherford Cross is working with a fast- growing, acquisitive business, based on the outskirts of Glasgow, seeking to recruit a Finance Manager.  This is a great opportunity to play a key role in the finance department, reporting directly to the Finance Director .  The position will give the successful candidate responsibility for all month end reporting and managing a team of 3.

Key responsibilities in this role will include:

• Delivery of month end process, within strict deadlines, ensuring the integrity of all financial reporting
• Take ownership of balance sheet reconciliations
• Managing all cash balances
• Playing a key part in process improvement, taking a proactive approach
• Manage a small finance team of 3 individuals
• Build positive working relationships with stakeholders across a variety of departments

Successful Candidates will possess:

• Strong Excel skills with the ability to assist in the creation of financial models
• The ability to lead and motivate a small finance team
• CA/ACCA/CIMA qualifications, or at advanced stages

Benefits package includes:

• Salary of £33,000-£39,000
