Rutherford Cross is has been engaged to identify a Financial Analyst who is a commercial qualified accountant from either a financial services or commercial background.
This role will drive business performance through the design and delivery of insightful Business Intelligence and rigorous, evidence-based analysis, risk management, financial management and governance that generates value and shapes and influences business decision making.
The role will involve:
- Design, preparation and review of targeted and insightful monthly MI
- Identify options and recommendations to increase business performance
- Implementation of the actions
- Identify, lead and deliver value generating projects
- Robust, financial assessment of business opportunities
- Responsible for definition, scoping, management and delivery of those projects
You will fully support the aligned business area and provide analytical support to drive business performance.
Qualifications & Experience:
Essential
Professional accountancy (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA, or local equivalent).
Proficient financial knowledge of modelling, analysis, evaluation, and forecasting.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and you will be influencing and challenging stakeholders at various levels and have the ability to develop a strong network of working relationships across the business.
Experience of applying financial acumen to solve commercial problems.
