Interim Finance Manager role for 12 months with a dynamic, mid-sized business with their headquarters in Aberdeen. Reporting to the Finance Director you will be responsible for:

• Lead and manage a finance team of 5 staff across 2 sites
• Preparation of monthly management accounts including profit & loss and balance sheet
• Production of statutory accounts and liaison with external auditors
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• WIP calculations
• Supporting commercial decision-making process through KPI analysis and liaison with Operational Managers
• Supporting the budget planning process
• Cashflow management and forecasting
• Monthly and weekly payroll for the company
• VAT Returns

To apply you will be a fully qualified Accountant and be a strong leader and manager of teams. You will also have first class stakeholder management skills. Start August 2017. The role could be based in Aberdeen or Edinburgh with travel to Aberdeen (2 days per week).

Day Rate: equivalent of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum depending on level of experience.
