Temporary Management Accountant job with our ‘blue chip’ client in Glasgow for an initial period of 3-4 months. You will be reporting to the Financial Controller and be responsible for:

• Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts by department within the Group
• Preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and re-forecasts
• Liaison with Departmental Heads regarding actual spend against forecast and budget
• Production of annual statutory reports
• Liaison with external auditors during half year and full year end
• Maintenance of fixed asset register
• Working Capital reporting
• Preparation of quarterly VAT Return

It is essential that you are a CA, ACMA or ACCA Qualified Accountant with hands on Financial and Management Accounting experience. You will have previous experience of applying UK GAAP and IFRS and also be an Advanced Excel user. Interview week beginning 17th November and ideally start week beginning 24th November 2014.

Salary circa £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
