Interim Finance Manager job with a Glasgow-based SME for an initial 3-month period.
Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing monthly management accounts
- Developing and maintaining annual plans, budgets and reports to enable Board review and oversight
- Maintaining the integrity of financial transactions and journals, ensuring ongoing reconciliation between the banking system and the accounting system and that differences are recorded, investigated and resolved on a daily basis
- Preparing and providing accurate financial information to external auditors, ensuring timely preparation of the annual report and financial statements
- Supervising the day-to-day operations of Finance Team
The Individual:
- Qualified or ‘Qualified by Experience’
- Experience in a similar role as Finance Manager or Senior Management Accountant
- Immediately available
On Offer:
- £50,000 - £60,000 p.a. (DOE)
- Hybrid, flexible working arrangement
- Early finish on a Friday
- Glasgow City Centre offices
- Potential to become permanent
