Interim Finance Director job for an initial 12-month period with our large corporate client based near Manchester.

Reporting to the Group Finance Director, you will be responsible for:

• Day-to-day finance operations for the region, leading a high-performing finance team
• Providing strategic and financial insights to enable the business to achieve its key objectives
• Overseeing the timely preparation of accurate financial reports and analysis
• Operating as a key strategic partner to the leadership team of the business
• Preparing financial plans that underpin the driving of business performance
• Overseeing the preparation of quarterly forecasts and annual budgets
• Ensuring a strong control environment across finance and the business
• Managing the submission of statutory accounts and all internal and external audit processes

To apply, you will be a qualified accountant, with previous experience working as a Finance Director in a £100m+ revenue business. It is also a requirement for this post holder to have worked within an international / multi-jurisdiction business, and a background in manufacturing is preferable. This role can be undertaken on a 3-4 day per week on-site hybrid working pattern. Salary: circa £100,000 p.a. or day rate equivalent.
