Interim Senior Management Accountant opportunity with our Edinburgh based client. This role is for an initial 3-month period with the opportunity for extension, reporting directly to the Finance Manager.

The key responsibilities of this role are:

• Production of the monthly financial reporting and analysis of monthly financial performance
• Supporting with the annual budget processing
• Business Partner with budget holders and key stakeholders to support on financial matters
• Support with the development of standard operating procedures
• Assist with the production of statutory accounts and reports
• Liaise with internal and external auditors to provide regular benchmarking information
• Ad hoc support to the wider business on project accounting matters

To apply you will be an experienced management accountant with strong systems experience. You will confidently build positive working relationships with key stakeholders, with a track record of producing timely and accurate financial information. This is hybrid working with 2 days a week on site in Edinburgh. This role has an immediate start date. Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 p.a. or day rate equivalent.
