Responsibilities include:

• Working closely with both business and finance stakeholders, critically reviewing and challenging inputs, communicating effectively the output to senior managers
• Produce annual impairment valuation as required by accounting standard, using commercial understanding from the long term projections as well as investment valuation skills, applying impairment accounting standards
• Review and challenge investment proposals of the
• Work proactively with the business areas to ensure group standards are adhered to, reviewing and challenging investment cases with the aim of ensuring efficient and effective capital investments
• Support promotion of appropriate investment proposals to the Finance Director, board and committees
• Supervise the approval of contracts, acting as a finance lead, producing competitor analysis
