Part of the wider Enva Group, Enva Recycling Scotland is a well-established and growing business with an annual turnover of approximately £70m, a workforce of more than 400 employees, and a strong asset base. Reporting to the Head of Finance, this is a highly commercial role that will work closely with operational and commercial leaders, providing insight and challenge across budgeting, forecasting, pricing, investment appraisal and performance improvement. The successful candidate will play a key role in translating financial data into meaningful commercial insight, supporting decision-making and helping to drive financial performance across the business.
Beyond traditional finance responsibilities, this role offers the opportunity to act as a genuine business partner, influencing strategic initiatives, identifying opportunities for improvement and supporting investment decisions that contribute to long-term growth. The successful candidate will build strong relationships across the organisation, challenge assumptions where appropriate and help ensure resources are deployed effectively to maximise value creation.
