Location: Edinburgh / Central Scotland
Salary: £58,000 - £69,000

Rutherford Cross is currently supporting a well known Scottish organisation looking to appoint a Financial Planning, Analysis & Reporting Manager on a 13 month fixed-term basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional who enjoys combining strategic planning, commercial insight and stakeholder engagement in a role with significant organisational impact.
The Opportunity:
You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality management information, performance reporting and financial analysis, enabling stakeholders to understand key trends, risks and opportunities. The role also involves partnering with operational and non-financial teams, improving processes and driving continuous improvement across financial planning and reporting activities.
Key Requirements:
Qualified accountant (CA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
Strong experience within FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting
Ability to develop financial models and provide commercially focused analysis
Experience partnering with senior stakeholders across a complex organisation
Strong communication and influencing skills
Proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to tight deadlines
Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
