Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Interim Finance Manager to join its team on a 6‑month contract, with a strong likelihood of the role becoming permanent. This is a hands‑on position suited to someone with solid technical accounting expertise and the confidence to contribute to management accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day‑to‑day financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all accounting processes
• Support and contribute to monthly management accounts and reporting cycles
• Manage and develop a team of three direct reports
• Partner with internal stakeholders, providing clear financial insight and building strong working relationships
• Assist with process improvements and support ongoing finance transformation initiatives

Requirements:

• Strong technical accounting skills
• Experience in management accounting
• Proven people‑management capability
• Excellent stakeholder‑management and communication skills
• Part‑qualified or qualified by experience
• Ability to start immediately
