On the 7th March 2026, newly qualified Chartered Accountants gathered at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre to formally celebrate their achievement and be welcomed into ICAS membership.
The ceremony included an official welcome from ICAS President, Karen Scholes CA and Chief Executive, Bruce Cartwright CA, insights from inspirational speakers, and the opportunity for new members to connect with peers and family during the post-ceremony reception.
Rutherford Cross has proudly supported the Admissions Ceremony since 2019 and has partnered strategically with ICAS – The Professional Body of CAs since 2017. The ICAS team delivered another exceptional and seamlessly organised event this year – many thanks to all involved!
The atmosphere throughout the day was energising, and it was a pleasure for the Rutherford Cross team to be part of such an important professional milestone for all new CAs. We extend our warmest congratulations to every individual admitted to the Institute this year. Completing the CA qualification often while balancing demanding and diverse work commitments is a tremendous achievement and one that deserves real celebration.
We are also delighted to announce the winner of our 2026 prize draw: congratulations to Ailie Kennedy, CA of Azets. Thank you to everyone who took part. It was a privilege to meet so many newly qualified and ambitious CAs as you embark on the next stage of your careers.
