Rutherford Cross remains committed to supporting the needs of our ‘4 Cs’: our clients, candidates, colleagues and communities.
As a business, our community impact initiatives include an annual corporate challenge, fundraisers and volunteering opportunities, including supporting career planning workshops at local schools and universities. Each colleague is given 2 fully paid CSR days a year to use to support a cause of their choice, and many colleagues also commit their time outside of work to support on Boards and committees of charities and organisations in the local community.
Every year, our colleagues each choose a charity close to their heart to support for the year. At the end of the year, a proportion of our profits is donated to these charities, with the distribution of profits influenced by clients and candidates who are kind enough to provide feedback on our level of service.
