Description

Rutherford Cross is working with a global drinks business operating in the premium sector to appoint a Lead Finance Analyst - Intercompany. This is an opportunity to work with high-calibre, like-minded accountants in a collaborative culture that values innovation and continuous improvement. As Lead Finance Analyst, you’ll be the subject matter expert for internal trading and intercompany processes, ensuring accurate reporting and reconciliations across a complex global structure. You’ll drive automation and process improvements, influence stakeholders, and support major projects within a large business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure robust month-end controls to validate balances and reporting accuracy
  • Act as the subject matter expert for the Internal Markets operating model, providing guidance and resolving issues
  • Design and oversee intercompany recharge processes across the group
  • Drive process improvements and automation through major projects
  • Manage intercompany reconciliations and recommend settlement methods
  • Collaborate with Internal Audit and governance teams to validate processes
  • Support integration of new ways of working and build strong commercial awareness
  • Deliver training and build a strong network of Internal Markets experts across the business
  • Advise on accounting system changes to align with the operating model
  • Maintain and improve the Finance Calendar for planning, budgeting, and reporting cycles
