We are working with a rapidly growing, multi-disciplinary engineering group with revenues now exceeding £230M, following significant organic and acquisitive expansion.

They are seeking an experienced Group Tax Compliance Manager to standardise and lead all UK tax reporting, ensuring the business is SAO-compliant ahead of early 2026.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing Group-level tax compliance, including Corporation Tax, VAT, CIS, and payroll taxes
• Leading tax integration and structure reviews post-acquisition
• Overseeing transfer pricing, CCO, and tax strategy reporting
• Driving tax incentive activities, including R&D claims
• Supporting forecasting and cashflow through group relief management

The ideal candidate:

• Professional qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CTA)
• Proven experience in M&A tax and project-based industries (engineering, construction, or similar)
• Strong systems knowledge and stakeholder management skills.
