Interim Management Accountant (On site – NW London)

Interim Management Accountant job with an FMCG organisation on an initial 3 month basis in North West London.  There is an opportunity for this role to become permanent thereafter. This role is on site and offers an annual salary equivalent of £60,000.

You will be managing the Accounts Assistant, processing payments, managing credit control and maintaining strong control of bank accounts and monthly payroll. You must have a background in FMCG.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage costing process, influence stakeholders and assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
• Reconcile supplier statements and process supplier payment runs
• Ensure VAT and other taxes are recorded
• Produce reports for commercial, finance and senior management departments
• Direct line management of an Assistant Accountant

Experience Required:

• Qualified or part qualified accountant
• Strong background in budgeting and forecasting within FMCG
• Experience with Sage (highly desirable)

Salary: £60,000 or day rate equivalent
