Job Purpose

The Finance Manager role involves consolidating, analysing, and reporting financial data to support infrastructure programs and investments. The ideal candidate will cultivate collaborative relationships, understanding the company's goals and managing stakeholders.

Principal Accountabilities

• Analyse and monitor investment performance, forecasting income and investment values including fair value calculations
• Lead external audit and production of statutory accounts, shadowing the Head of Finance initially with progression to leading from year 2 onwards
• Update forecasting models to aid budget processes
• Assist in financial analysis for future revenue-funded investment programs

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Qualified accountant
• Project management experience
• Public sector experience
• Strong attention to detail and deadlines
• Well-developed organisational and planning skills
