Interim Finance Manager on this high profile project with our client based in Paisley for a 9 month period. Reporting into the Project Director you will be responsible for:

• Monitoring of the financials for a £200m + Construction Programme
• Preparation of financial reports and liaison with senior stakeholders in the Project
• Establish and develop systems and processes to allow effective monitoring of the project spend
• Working jointly and in partnership with key stakeholders
• Preparing and submitting business cases
• Monitoring of grant funding
• Cashflow analysis and forecasting working closely with Treasury Management
• Liaise, support and challenge Project Managers ensuring budgets and financial plans are adhered to
• Liaise with Corporate Finance in relation to loans and funds raised
• Assist with the financial planning for the project

To apply you will be a Qualified Accountant with significant financial management experience, particularly in budgetary control, project accounting and financial modelling. A background in Construction or Engineering would be advantageous. Salary: circa £45,000 or equivalent daily rate.
