Management Accountant / Finance Business Partner
£40,000 – 45,000

We have been retained to by a progressive housing association based in Edinburgh to recruit into the role of Finance Business Partner. As the organisation continues to grow and diversify their front line services, the need has arisen to recruit into this business critical role. Reporting to the Director of Finance you will provide timely and tailored financial information and analysis, co-ordinate the annual budget process and develop / implement new systems, controls and procedures linked to the wider continuous improvement agenda. Acting as a true “business partner” you will also ensure non-financial managers understand financial performance and the financial imperatives underpinning the strategic aims of the organisation.
The successful candidate will be a fully qualified accountant with a proven track record in providing financial information and analysis to aid the strategic decision making process. With a pro-active and customer focused approach, you will possess excellent communication skills and demonstrate a proven track record in developing and maintaining relationships with key internal stakeholders. Previous experience of financial modelling and the implementation of business and systems improvements would be highly beneficial
