Rutherford Cross has been engaged by a market leading business to recruit a Finance Manager. This is a rare opportunity for a highly ambitious and experienced manager to join the business during a period of growth. This position will allow for the successfully candidate to take ownership and responsibility for the delivery of setting up a new function.

Some responsibilities include:
- Take ownership of establishing a function
- Manage and train teams
- Standardise procedures and create efficient processes
- Establish and monitor KPI's
- Close month-end in accordance with deadlines
- Ensure all required account reconciliations are prepared and approved
- Participate in ad hoc projects
The Candidate
- Staff management
- Excellent communicator
- Highly efficient and task driven with track history of achievement
- Strong system development skills
- Qualified accountant or qualified by experience
- The successful candidate can either be qualified by experience or possess a qualification from any recognised professional body (i.e. CA, ACCA or ACMA).
Remuneration
A salary of £45,000-£50,000
