Interim Finance Director job for an initial 3-6 month period with our SME client based in Fife. Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts including profit & loss and balance sheet
• Production of annual statutory accounts and liaison with external auditors
• Presentation of monthly results to the Board
• Inputting into strategic decision making at Board level for the business
• Weekly cash flow monitoring and forecasting
• Supervision of a small finance team
• Managing key internal and external stakeholders including regular liaison with Project Managers and the Bank

To apply you must be a fully qualified and experienced Finance Director with a background of previously working within a SME. You will be particularly skilled in cash flow management and be experienced in working for a successful business that operates in a contract environment. You will also have first class communication skills. Start Date: August 2019. Day Rate: £350 - £400 per day.
