The Corporate Finance Manager is a newly created role, reporting directly to the Head of Corporate Finance. The role is required to support the Head of Corporate Finance with the financing of capital projects, treasury / liquidity management, and other strategic initiatives as the Klarent business continues to scale.
The Corporate Finance Manager will be accountable for preparing various day-to-day deliverables that feed into both shareholder and lender reporting. This will allow the Head of Corporate Finance to focus on critical review rather than preparation of the deliverables, enabling more engagement and focus on investor relations and external reporting responsibilities.
This position will be highly visible in the business, offering high levels of exposure to senior-level stakeholders. The role will require a highly capable individual who will display ambition to grow with the business over time.
