Temporary Programme Manager job for our client based in the Borders. Reporting to the Director you will be responsible for:
- Developing and submitting the strategic programme to the Board
- Operational management of the delivery of services
- Identifying opportunities and negotiating terms
- Submission of grant applications
- Recruitment, management and development of staff
- Ensure programme delivery within timescales and budget
To apply it is essential you have a strong track record in: successful programme delivery; successful grant awards; project management and presenting to the Board. You will be a strong staff manager with first class communication skills. Start October 2016. Salary up to £45,000.
