Temporary Accountant (Part Time)

Temporary Accountant (Part Time) job with a small but growing Edinburgh based property development business, to work 2 days a week for an initial 6-month period. Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for:

• Invoice processing onto the Sage system
• Ensuring timely payment runs
• Monitoring and manging cashflow monthly
• Cashflow forecasting
• Preparing quarterly management accounts including profit & loss and balance sheet
• Preparing VAT Returns
• Producing management information to support key business decisions
• Prepare cost reports

To apply you will an experienced and hands on Accountant or Assistant Accountant looking for a part time role in Edinburgh. You will have worked previously in a small or medium sized business. Hourly Rate: equivalent of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (pro-rata).
