We are working with our Perth based client to appoint a Temporary Management Accountant for an 8 month contract, ideally starting within a week of appointment.  

Reporting into the Finance Manager, the successful candidate will act as one of the senior members of the finance team. You will be involved in the month end close, preparing the month end management accounts, dashboards and period close journals. Your role will also require you to review the work of some of the junior members of the team. 

A large proportion of this role will be project based and will require an investigative approach, including looking into system inputs and balance sheet reconciliations. You will also be involved in the budgeting and forecasting, working with the Finance Business Partners on a daily basis as well as other individuals across the business. 

Our client is looking for a candidate who is either qualified or qualified by experience and who is willing to commit to the full 8 month duration.
