My client, a leading financial services organisation is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner with strong influencing and communication skills to join their team. This newly created role is extremely high profile and requires proven stakeholder management and relationship building skills.

This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional who wants to impact an organisation through providing commercial insight alongside regular and consistent financial information and reporting. During a period of transformation and change, the organisation is also looking for a candidate who enjoys shaping and changing the way processes impact financial reporting accuracy and quality. You will provide accurate management reporting including, management accounts, profitability reporting, cost information, analytical and KPI flash reports for senior leadership. Informing and challenging the business you will identify both risk and opportunity. A forward thinking and effective business partner, you will drive accountability around budgets, forecasting and costs.

The ideal candidate will be CA, CIMA, or ACCA qualified with a strong academic background and proven experience within a true business partnering role.  You will have strong influencing skills and be comfortable challenging senior stakeholders.
