Description

Rutherford Cross is delighted to be partnering with an expanding medium-sized business who are making a positive environmental impact, based in Lanarkshire to a Purchase Ledger Clerk. This role will work closely with the larger finance team and report into the company’s Management Accountant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Code, match and input stock and non-stock supplier invoices
  • Process intercompany invoices
  • Resolve queries from suppliers and other departments
  • Prepare mid-month and end-of-month payment runs
  • Monthly supplier statement reconciliations
  • Ability to undertake other finance duties when required
  • Supply of audit information to internal/external auditors

Candidate Key Skills:

  • IT Literate - Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Knowledge of ERP systems
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
