Description
Rutherford Cross is delighted to be partnering with an expanding medium-sized business who are making a positive environmental impact, based in Lanarkshire to a Purchase Ledger Clerk. This role will work closely with the larger finance team and report into the company’s Management Accountant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Code, match and input stock and non-stock supplier invoices
- Process intercompany invoices
- Resolve queries from suppliers and other departments
- Prepare mid-month and end-of-month payment runs
- Monthly supplier statement reconciliations
- Ability to undertake other finance duties when required
- Supply of audit information to internal/external auditors
Candidate Key Skills:
- IT Literate - Microsoft Office and Excel
- Knowledge of ERP systems
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Attention to detail
- Ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
