Job Title:  Payroll Advisor

Rutherford Cross is delighted to be partnering with a growing, family-owned business to appoint a Credit Controller Team Leader. The position is based at the company's brand-new HQ in central Glasgow; however, the company itself has a national footprint. The business has grown significantly in the last few years and is looking to add further support into its high-performing finance function.

Key Activities and Responsibilities:

  • Monthly Payroll Processing (new starts, leavers, changes, absences, overtime, holidays etc)
  • Responding to payroll queries from managers and employees
  • Administration of the Company’s pension and childcare voucher schemes
  • Ensuring all absence certificates are received, processed and filed
  • Produce monthly reports for Directors/Managers (Costing/Headcount Reports)
  • General payroll administration
  • Assisting with year-end processing
  • Assisting with annual P11D processing
  • Ad hoc payroll projects as required

Experience:

  • Good excel skills
  • Previous payroll experience
