Description
Rutherford Cross is delighted to be partnering with a family-owned business to recruit a Part-Time Payroll Administrator. The role reports into the Group Payroll Manager and the successful candidate will work closely with them to provide payroll administrative support focusing on the below key responsibilities.
Key Activities and Responsibilities:
- Assist with various payroll administrative tasks
- Collect and monitor payroll adjustments from HR
- Manage data for new starters and leavers, salary changes, and pension adjustments
- Perform reconciliation and submit pension deduction information to the company's pension provider
- Monitor and respond to inquiries in the payroll inbox
- Ensure accuracy and currency of Payments & Deductions spreadsheet
- Provide assistance during the annual year-end process, including P11Ds and PSA
- Handle any additional tasks or requests from management as needed
Experience:
- Good Excel skills
- Previous administration experience
