Job Title: Management Account

Location: Edinburgh

Salary: circa £38,000

Rutherford Cross are delighted to be working with a well-established and progressive Not for Profit organisation based in Edinburgh. Working as part of a small but established team, this opportunity offers a varied and ever evolving remit that includes managing relationships with key stakeholders, budget and forecasting, project management, and process improvement. These responsibilities are in addition to business as usual tasks such as month-end reporting, management accounting and assisting with year-end.

Our client is looking for a fully qualified Accountant with ambitions to move beyond this role and progress within the organisation. A passion for the organisations field of interest is essential as is displaying an acquisitive mind and the ability to influence non-finance project managers. Potentially this role may suit a newly qualified Accountant who is keen to progress their career within the Not for Profit sector, or someone already in the sector who is eager to work in a more dynamic environment.

• Qualified Accountant

• Commercial thinking, drive, ambition, and professionalism
• Ability to work flexibly and autonomously
• Ability to delegate effectively and manage the delivery of multiple projects
