If so, this could be the job for you. I am working in partnership with my client in Renfrewshire to help them recruit a Management Accountant. Salary up to 40k + flexible working on offer.

My client is a well-known national fashion retailer. They have stores throughout the UK, as well as international franchises, wholesale accounts and online presence. They are looking for a hardworking and motivated individual who is eager to learn and develop their skills working within a busy Management Accounts Team.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

• Management Accounts preparation.
• Balance Sheet Reconciliations.
• Fixed Asset Accounting
• Tax Analysis
• Budgeting
• Ad-hoc duties as required

About you

• Ideally qualified by experience or a part-qualified accountant
• Experience within a fast-paced finance department would be preferred but not essential
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to undertake and present detailed analysis
• Ability to work to deadlines, plan ahead and meet agreed timetables
• The ability to work as part of a team and under your own initiative with minimum supervision
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
• Excellent excel skills are essential
• Confidence to challenge established procedures and suggest improvements
• Experience working with Oracle financials accounting system would be advantageous but not essential.
