Rutherford Cross is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Management Accountant to join its clients dynamic team in Prestwick. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the financial performance of a leading manufacturing business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and timely management accounts, reports and analysis
• Monitor budgets, forecasts and cost control measures
• Provide financial insights to support operational and strategic decision-making
• Assist with month-end and year-end processes
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Collaborate with operational teams to improve efficiency and profitability

Candidate Specification:

• Qualified or Part-Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or similar environment is desirable
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Proficient in financial systems and Microsoft Excel
