Management Accountant job (permanent) with our client based in East Lothian. Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for:

• Inputting into the annual budget setting process
• Budgetary monitoring including preparation of timely financial information
• Analysis of variance between actual and budget
• Forecasting and re-forecasting to support the business decision making process
• Liaising with Operational Manager regarding Departmental budgets
• Preparing and monitoring treasury and capital budgets
• Preparation of statutory accounts and returns

To apply you will be an experienced Qualified Accountant with a background of working in a medium or large complex business previously. You will be experienced in budgeting and forecasting and will possess first class communication skills able to negotiate and influence key stakeholders. You will also be a skilled user of Excel. Salary: circa £34,000 per annum plus good benefits.
