Interim Training & Development Consultant job with our client who are a professional Accountancy firm based in Glasgow. The role is for 3-6 months and the purpose is to develop a new procedure manual for the firm. You will be responsible for:
- Developing processes and procedures for the business both internally and externally on the client side
- Map processes for multiple systems within the business
- Build a training solution and design training courses
- Develop onboarding / induction packs
You may have an HR, Training or Accountancy professional who has previously developed and written procedure manuals. You will have first class written and verbal communication skills. Start in May. Day Rate: £150-£200 per day.
