Interim Senior Management Accountant job for a 12-month period with our Glasgow based client. Reporting to the Financial Controller you will be responsible for:

• Preparing monthly management accounts including profit & loss
• Production of monthly management reports including KPI’s and commentary
• Annual budget setting and inputting into the business planning process
• Analysis of variances and preparation of forecast data
• Undertaking complex reconciliations and continuous improvement on processes and procedures
• Liaising with Operational Directors regarding financial position offering challenge where necessary
• Liaison with External Audit and other key internal stakeholders

To apply you must be a fully qualified Accountant with a background of working in a large complex business with strong operational or commercial finance skills. You will have first class communication and stakeholder management skills. You will also be an Advanced Excel user and have previously worked with ERP systems. Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum.
