International organisation based in central Glasgow who are experiencing a period of growth and investment are seeking an Interim Senior Finance Manager to join their team initially for a period of 6 months however this could then turn to permanent. This role will provide support during a pivotal and exciting time for the business and will be a challenging and rewarding contract. Key aspects of the role will include:
- Preparing annual statutory financial statements under FRS101
- Period and month end reporting with analysis
- Budget and forecasting planning process
- Management and development of direct reports
- Providing commercial support and analysis to drive growth
- Compliance reviews and acting as main point of contact for internal/external audit
This role will suit a qualified accountant – CA/ACCA/CIMA who is highly motivated, commercially aware, and keen to work in a large corporate environment. This role can develop and grow allowing personal and professional development. It is essential the candidate has excellent technical accounting skills, strong systems knowledge and has previous experience of leading a team.
